Located in the bustling area of Canggu, Bali, PASTA, BITTE! offers a cozy and inviting ambiance that draws you in with the promise of fresh, homemade pasta. Here's my honest take on the dining experience, highlighting the pros and cons.

Pros:

1. Homemade Fresh Pasta: The pasta here is made from scratch, right in front of your eyes. This adds a special touch to the dining experience, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. I chose the creamy salmon pasta, and it was absolutely delightful, with the pasta perfectly cooked and the salmon adding a rich flavor.

2. Excellent Service: The service was outstanding. The food was ready in about 10 minutes, and the waiters were friendly and polite, making sure that every need was attended to. Despite being by a busy main road, the atmosphere inside remained relaxed and welcoming.

3. Great Value for Money: The prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality of the food. My creamy salmon pasta and a well-made Margarita both came under 100k IDR, which felt like a steal given the experience.

4. Comfortable Atmosphere: Despite the restaurant's location on a busy street, the ambiance inside was comfortable and laid-back. The outdoor seating added to the charm, making it a great spot to unwind with a good meal.
