My Top 3 Favorite Places in Bali to Visit During the Weekend

Things To Do

Weekends in Bali are a perfect opportunity to explore the island's vibrant culture, stunning beaches, and delicious cuisine.

Whether you're in the mood for a relaxing day by the sea, shopping for fresh ingredients, or indulging in some of the best sushi, here are my top three favorite places to visit in Bali during the weekend.

1) Pantai Batu Belig

Pantai Batu Belig is one of my favorite spots in Bali for unwinding and soaking in the island's natural beauty. This beach offers a laid-back atmosphere, making it an ideal place to spend a lazy afternoon. One of the best things to do here is to lean back on a comfortable bean bag, sip on a fresh coconut, and watch the waves gently roll in.

The beach is less crowded than some of Bali's more famous spots, which makes it a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean views.

2) Badung Market

If you're into cooking or simply love exploring local markets, Badung Market is a must-visit. Located in the heart of Denpasar, this bustling market offers a wide variety of fresh produce, spices, and other local ingredients. I love coming here to pick up groceries for a homemade Balinese meal.

For sushi lovers, Sushi Kyuden is a gem you can't miss. Located on Sunset Road, this restaurant serves some of the best sushi I've ever had in Bali.
